My ART4FREEDOM is about freedom at all cost.
Just like how America only accepted Colin Kaepernick kneeling after angry protests were sparked, I believe Martin Luther King's words of peace were only taken seriously in the face of Malcolm X's "By any means necessary" rhetoric during the civil rights movement. The American media tried to vilify him as a violent man because of this, But it is only logical to want to defend yourself at all costs against a nation that wants to kill you at all costs. Malcolm's quote, "we are nonviolent with anyone who is nonviolent with us, but we are not nonviolent with anyone who is violent with us" is a rallying cry to fight back against white supremacy in America.
