My ART4FREEDOM expresses my worries, concerning the global decline of freedom and respect towards universal and elementary human rights. Everyone should have the freedom to be who they are, without being discriminated or judged. It’s not just about the rights of the black community, but about the perturbation of basic human rights, just like the right for freedom and expression, the right for social security, the right to live in a fair and free world and, the most important of all, the right for these rights to be upheld by all, in every situation, and not to be taken away from anyone nor to be ignored by anyone.
With this illustration, I want to spread awareness about freedom and the right to be themselves for black lives, in particular, for which the BLM movement is, and has been fighting for, since a long time ago. It’s time to raise our voices for freedom, for justice and stand up for our rights! IAM4FREEDOM! " |
