My ART4FREEDOM was made right after corona started spreading in my country and quarantines were put in action. I made it not only to help people understand that it can be a difficult, but necessary sacrifice, to make at this moment, but also to make myself a bit less stressed out about the whole situation, since I am in the risk group. I tried to make a loose representation of the virus, looking "innocent" but dangerous, because a virus has no intent, it simply is. Funny story about this drawing, in the exact night I finished it, I had to be taken to the hospital and I was terrified, but you know what, it made me realize that being afraid made feel even more trapped than just staying at home. We should not feel trapped, try to express yourself, maybe you'll find that you really enjoy drawing, or maybe poetry will make you feel less stressed, just try to do that something you never got to because you always had something else to do. We should all strive to turn this confinement into freedom. IAM4FREEDOM!
