| ART4FREEDOM meaning: |
My ART4FREEDOM is about using the concept of people coming together through art and how it can connect them, even if it can mean something different to different people. My idea was that this freedom, as it means to me, is utilizing the four freedoms through one: Freedom from fear through unity, Freedom of expression through diversity, Freedom of religion through recognition and tolerance, and Freedom from want through progression and betterment. All four are connected through the Unity statue. Look closely, and you'll see what I mean. The idea was to take inspiration on one of the Four Freedoms both the idea and the Norman Rockwell paintings, and make an illustration based on of one of them according to what it meant to us. IAM4FREEDOM!
