| ART4FREEDOM meaning: |
My ART4FREEDOM is about how, since my childhood, I felt some energy or feeling inside me, which needed to get out in some way. Subconsciously, all the time I was looking for some instrument, with the help of which I could realize that energy. So, I started playing acoustic guitar and saxophone. But after sometime, I understood that something was stopping me. I realized that by being a musician, you need other people to create a finished piece of art and a studio to record the music and quite expensive equipment. This disturbed me.
Then I saw that by being an artist you can free yourself from all that stuff, which musicians need. Even just a paper and a pen can be enough to create a finished piece of art. This glamored me much. I felt much more freedom and creativity in my artwork. When I was a musician I really loved jazz music, because of the freedom of improvisation, which, for me, is a 100% pure freedom and where you can do anything you feel, not relying on any rules or fashion. ART4FREEDOM, allows artists to be free and at the same time, urges them to create an artwork that inspires others and contributes to a more freedom-filled future, where all, and not just artists, can be free to be themselves.
