| ART4FREEDOM meaning: |
My ART4FREEDOM is a twofold message both international as well as national.
I´m from Colombia, yes, the country that people from other sites of the world, can only relate with Pablo Escobar and drug cartels. That aspect limits our freedom in other countries and it only demonstrates the ignorance of these people. The same happens with our politicians because, recently, in our country there was protests against law projects that are not good for the workers and people. And what do the politicians do? They basically call us communists. The only thing that we can reply to them is: Fuck that! Yet, we continue to be proud of being Colombian, of our writers, our film-makers, our musicians, our athletes and we are free to fight against the injustices that we suffer due to our government's bad administration. So, let every Colombian live in freedom and truly be who they are, without such prejudice. IAM4FREEDOM! |
