As soon as we have our two initiators on board, we will be expanding our team with a qualified and passionate Manager of Operations. This new Chief Office Officer (COO) shall then be taking care of everyone involved in the organization, as well as our projects. This includes project and people management, recruiting, managing and motivating our volunteers, supervising our interns and handling our day-to-day activities. And these are just a few tasks to keep our head office up and running!

The COO will work closely with the Chief Sponsoring, the CSO or manager sponsoring, who as head of our sales/sponsoring department will be tasked to ensure that all means necessary for accomplishing ALL4FREEDOM’s mission are properly facilitated. Together, the COO and CSO thus complete our core team. As they gradually take over the original tasks of ALL4FREEDOM’s two initiators, Jeroen and Atreya, the latter will increasingly focus on the organization’s future strategy and media attention, as well as the international roll-out of (future) 4FREEDOM projects. In addition, they will also fill in eventual gaps within the organization’s capacity whenever deemed necessary.

Potential candidates for the positions of COO and CSO will be selected based on their passion, personal qualities, dedication, professional track-record, knowledge and other relevant experience. Except for our crowdfunded core team via CROWDFUND4FREEDOM, everybody either works as a volunteer or an intern via our WORK4FREEDOM project, or as a sponsor via SPONSOR4FREEDOM.
