As soon as we have our two initiators on board, we will be expanding our team with a qualified and passionate Manager of Operations. As head of our sales/sponsoring department, the new Chief Sponsoring Officer (CSO) shall then be taking care of all necessary means to accomplish ALL4FREEDOM’s mission!

The CSO will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer, the COO or manager operations who will manage everyone involved in SPONSOR4FREEDOM and CROWDFUND4FREEDOM, including our other projects 4FREEDOM, once all needed sponsorships have been secured. Together, the COO and CSO thus complete our core team. As they gradually take over the original tasks of ALL4FREEDOM’s two initiators, Jeroen and Atreya, the latter will increasingly focus on the organization’s future strategy and media attention, as well as the international roll-out of (future) 4FREEDOM projects. In addition, they will also fill in eventual gaps within the organization’s capacity whenever deemed necessary.

Potential candidates for the positions of CSO and COO will be selected on the basis of their passion, personal qualities, dedication, professional track-record, knowledge and other relevant experience. Except for our crowdfunded core team via CROWDFUND4FREEDOM, everybody either works as a volunteer or an intern via our WORK4FREEDOM project, or as a sponsor via SPONSOR4FREEDOM.
