Our strategy logically explains the problem (freedom in decline), the commitment (refusing to look away), and the approach (4FREEDOM projects fueling self-expression and connection). Through collective, small-scale local efforts we aim to empower individuals to participate, unite and shape a future where everyone thrives and belongs and where freedom and the right to be yourself are the norm (FREEDOM4ALL).

• Call to action: we encourage like-minded individuals and businesses to stand-up and sign-up by joining our IAM4FREEDOM movement and actively participate in our 4FREEDOM projects, which serve as community hubs and respectful spaces, where everyone can connect, share, feel at home/ease, valued and can be themselves 
  
  
• Community Engagement and Recognition: we reward and recognize participants as modern-day ‘Heroes’, who support our varied freedom-based initiatives, create interactive content, such as sharing their stories of freedom, our campaigns by using hashtags like #IAM4FREEDOM on their socials, successfully invite friends and further boost the community. 
  
  
• Safe Spaces: we organise our own meetup- and gathering events and of course project like PHOTO4FREEDOM, DANCE4FREEDOM, ART4FREEDOM, etc. and together with cultural spaces—festivals, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, museums, artists, and events venues, we establish third-party PLACE4FREEDOM community locations where uniqueness and self-expression are promoted, countering the fear of harassment, bullying, or worse. 
  
  
• Growth & Scalability: from our try-outs in Amsterdam and The Netherlands, we create ripple effects to expand and roll-out our presence globally through social media campaigns, (virtual) events, and our IAM4FREEDOM digital platform to reach and unite more supporters worldwide.
  
  
• Long-Term Sustainability: we build lasting collabs and offer a broad portfolio of ongoing financial support mechanisms (such as crowdfunding, premium memberships, partnerships and merchandise), thus ensuring our continuity and expansion in the long run.
  
  
• Measuring Impact: we define measurable goals, monitor our impact, crowdfunding and membership growth and implement community guidelines. We adjust strategies to meet evolving needs based on real-time feedback using our POLLS4FREEDOM and FORUMS4FREEDOM to gain insight into what needs our community has and to ensure everyone can help shape our community and increase our impact.
