ALL4FREEDOM’s salary model stands out in the NGO landscape for its integrity and transparency.
At ALL4FREEDOM, our lean management or sponsored core team does not receive financial compensation based on market-driven excessive CEO salaries or any form of top-tier pay often criticized within the NGO sector. Instead, we have deliberately adopted a fair and responsible financial reward model, anchored to the Dutch average income (“modaal inkomen”)—or a proportionate part of it for those working part-time.
This principle ensures that qualified and motivated managers are fairly compensated, enabling them to live well and contribute professionally in the Netherlands, without compromising the organization’s core mission. Our priority is clear: we channel limited resources toward long-term sustainability, effectiveness, and genuine real-world impact, rather than into large overhead’s inflated payroll expenses.
We strongly believe that visionary leaders are willing to earn less than they might elsewhere if it means serving a meaningful, innovative cause like ALL4FREEDOM.
Importantly, all team salaries are exclusively funded through our CROWDFUND4FREEDOM campaigns, powered by people like you. For the sake of transparency and financial integrity, our management incomes are openly published and independently audited.
Every donation—every action—directly sustains the beating heart of ALL4FREEDOM. And we’re always happy to share measurable results, including statements, figures, statistics, and milestones made possible by your support
This approach not only builds credibility but also aligns financial practices with the values of freedom, fairness, and impact. It’s a refreshing alternative to the often-criticized NGO salary structures.
