Every year the inevitable cost limit of unavoidable costs is set. For 2018 this is 500,- euro. Inevitable costs are e.g. our postbox, stamps, bank account, some IT subscriptions and so forth. The initiators guard these costs with their lives and makes sure they are absolutely inevitable. However, having said that, we can choose to spend some of this reserved budget for purchasing a product, service or expertise, which in impossible to get sponsored and only, if the output can clearly justify the small and smart financial input. For example, think of a sponsor offering our viral video to be shown in all the cinema's all over the country but somehow they end up with a hundred euros in order to close the sponsored deal. The amount of 'free' publicity might then definitely be worth paying the price and can be taken from our inevitable reserves as unavoidable costs. Reserves that are not used up, shift to the reserve of the next year.
