My ART4FREEDOM is called “Emotional puppet” and takes its name from the feeling of being chained emotionally to someone because of the lack of affective responsibility, an increasingly common problem nowadays. The subject finds himself in a dark empty room, with just one entry of light at his back, which makes him see nothing but the projection of himself by his own shadow. The chains can't bear that much emotional weight and end up breaking, all of them but the one attached to his throat, choking him to death. With this artwork I try to give visibility and represent the damages some toxic relationships can cause. How they oppress and abuse you and take away your freedom and the right to be yourself. IAM4FREEDOM!
