- SCHEDULE:
19:30 - Doors open, enter in silence (be on time: we really start at eight)
20:00 - Start: introduction, explanation guided meditation and joint group meditation (for both first time/beginners & experienced practitioners)
21:00 - Questions, feedback- and exchange of experiences
21:30 - End

- CANNOT MAKE IT?
It might not always be possible for everyone to attend but that is not a problem at all; surely, there will be other sessions which you might be able to attend in the near future. Sign-up as a IAM4FREEDOM Hero and join the MEDITATE4FREEDOM group to stay posted on new MEDITATE4FREEDOM event dates and/or check the site regularly. In short and completely according to the theory: who can be there, is there and who cannot, also fine!
