You can count on us to take aggressive, appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized changes. We are proud to offer a safe and secure space for you to interact and engage around your right to be yourself.

While many for-profit platforms prioritize data-mining over user safety, the ALL4FREEDOM community is built with Privacy by Design. Together with our users, we pay vigilant attention to the security of our web applications and hosting servers. This ensures high availability and guarantees that access to community data is strictly reserved for vetted administrators only. To ensure your contributions are never lost, daily data backups are performed in accordance with the highest industry standards and guidelines.

Data Encryption: Your Private Connection

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer. In practical terms, our SSL certificate provides a secure, encrypted connection between your browser and our website. By using 256-bit encryption, we prevent the interception of data and protect it from being read by malicious actors. Even in the unlikely event of a data breach, this level of encryption makes intercepted data virtually impossible to decipher.

How to verify: Notice the padlock icon next to our https://all4freedom.com URL? It is a visual guarantee that you are on our legitimate site and your connection is secure.

Software: Security by Design

Quality and security are built into our foundation. We follow best-practice coding and peer reviews to produce robust, continuously updated code.

Open Source Sovereignty: We use open-source technology because it allows us to own our platform and data entirely. Unlike tech giants, there are no third-party "backdoors" siphoning your user data.
Freedom from Data Mining: We don’t just secure your data; we respect it. While others see you as a product to be sold, we see you as a Hero to be protected. No hidden trackers, no shadow profiles, and no sold data—just freedom.
Administrator Ethics: Access to our software is strictly controlled via Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and limited to a handful of vetted administrators. Every admin operates under a strict Internal Privacy Oath, ensuring your privacy and security always come first.

Hacking & Data Breaches

While we employ industry-standard defenses, we believe in being intellectually honest: no system on earth is 100% impenetrable. Our strategy is built on Resilience—ensuring that if a breach ever occurs, your most sensitive data remains useless to a hacker.

Minimizing the Target: We follow a "Data Minimization" principle. We only collect the bare essentials needed for your Hero profile. By not storing unnecessary personal details, we ensure there is less for a hacker to find.
Encryption as a Shield: As mentioned above, your passwords and sensitive data are encrypted using one-way hashes and 256-bit protocols. If data were ever leaked, it would appear as gibberish, making it virtually impossible for malicious actors to use.
Rapid Response & Disclosure: In the event of a significant security incident or data leak, we commit to Full Transparency. We will notify affected users as quickly as possible with clear instructions on how to secure their accounts.
Proactive Defense: We continuously monitor our servers for unauthorized access attempts. Our "Aggressive Defense" policy means we don't just block intruders—we analyze their methods to strengthen our walls for the future.

Hosting & Infrastructure

All our servers are located in a safe, high-security environment at a certified, sponsored Internet Service Provider (ISP) in The Netherlands. Our infrastructure meets the following international standards:

ISO 27001: Proves our data-center tasks match strict global security regulations.
ISO 9001: The gold standard for quality management and processing.
PCI DSS: The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard for safe transactions.
NEN 7510: The Dutch norm for information security (used in high-stakes sectors like healthcare).

Transparency & Accountability

People-Powered Promise: Our platform is built by the people, for the people. Every volunteer who helps maintain our site agrees to a strict Volunteer Code of Conduct that prioritizes user safety and freedom of expression over all else.
Transparency Reporting: Transparency is the foundation of trust. We commit to being open about how we run this community, including any requests for information we receive.

Securely Saved Passwords

Your IAM4FREEDOM password is protected with one-way encryption. This means even we at ALL4FREEDOM cannot see your password.
Because we cannot see it, we will never contact you to ask for it. If you receive a request for your password—even if it looks like it is from us—act with great caution. It is likely a phishing attempt.

Phishing: How to Stay Safe

Phishing is when a scammer poses as a legitimate organization to steal your sensitive info.

The "Mailed-By" Check: If you are ever in doubt, click the "show details" arrow in your email. Ensure the 'mailed-by' lines match our domain exactly. Any official email from us must end in @all4freedom.com.
Spot the Fake: Watch out for messages that appear to be from us but are not properly authenticated. Fraudulent examples include free.all4freedom.com or allforfreedom.com. These are phishing messages and should be reported or deleted immediately.
The Golden Rule: The only place you should ever enter your credentials is on the official login page that you have navigated to yourself.
No Email Requests: ALL4FREEDOM will never ask for your credentials, password, or account information in an email.

The Right to Departure & Data Sovereignty

At ALL4FREEDOM, we believe that true freedom must include the right to move on. Unlike corporate platforms that try to "lock" you in or keep your data as an asset long after you’ve left, we respect your ownership of your digital identity.

The Right to be Forgotten: If you ever decide that your journey with us has come to an end, you have the absolute right to be forgotten. You can request the full deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
No Data Hostages: We do not "shadow profile" former members or retain your information for marketing purposes once an account is closed.
Your Data, Your Choice: Because we use open-source technology and prioritize your sovereignty, we are committed to making your transition as transparent as your arrival.

We have robust security measures installed to keep your information private and accessible only by our vetted site administrators. We continuously monitor for suspicious activity that might affect the community and will take aggressive, immediate steps to stop any incident we become aware of.
