As an IAM4FREEDOM Hero, I live by the following actions:

1. I actively help to amplify the IAM4FREEDOM movement where people can show up as their full selves, without fear of judgment, exclusion, or retaliation.

2. I proudly carry the IAM4FREEDOM message — through shirts, badges, social media, words, and actions — making IAM4FREEDOM visible wherever I go.
   

3. I do my best to be more myself, inspiring others to feel free to also claim their own identity without apology.

4. I respect the space, dignity, and differences of every person, and I defend that respect when it’s challenged.
   

5. I refuse all forms of harm — intimidation, unwanted intimacy, discrimination, racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other expression of oppression or (verbal) violence.
   

6. I actively work to create environments where everyone can feel safe and free, not just in theory but in daily reality.
   

7. I help break the silence around oppression, aggression, bullying, boundary‑crossing behavior and all forms of freedom-loss in my surroundings — because speaking out is the first act of resistance.
   

8. I take seriously anyone who feels threatened or unable to be themselves, and I stand with them as a safepoint — a person of safety, solidarity, and support after harmful experiences.
9. I refuse to look away from injustice, even when it is uncomfortable, inconvenient, or socially discouraged.
   
10. I refuse to support (fast-fashion) products — even if they are cheaper, fancier or heavily promoted — from companies, whose business practices undermine freedom and are tied to reedom‑restricting regimes. I avoid traveling to those countries as well as my choices are part of my resistance.
